One Sunday morning in March of 2015, my family and I decided to casually drive to Lasalle and check out a J. Rauti built home on Ulster Street. We were not even seriously in the market for a new home, we were more so just curious to see what was out there. John could barely contain his excitement when showing us the home, pointing out the fine details that make a J. Rauti home a notch above the rest. After walking through the model, my wife, our daughter and I were in love. We couldn’t stop talking about it. We selected our lot at 158 Ulster and it wasn’t long after that we were meeting with John on a few separate occasions to select a floor plan that suited us. We were allowed to make changes to customize the home so that it would be perfect for our needs. John is extremely knowledgeable and works tirelessly to ensure that he is providing the best possible service. If he is busy and can’t take your call, you can rest assured that he will return your call in a timely manner. His response time via email is also excellent. By June of the same year, construction had begun and John had already sold our previous home. It was extremely exciting to drive by a few times a week and see progress being made at a good pace. John delivered our home on November 6, 2015 and it was one of the most memorable experiences we’ve ever had. We were met at the home by Joe and Mary Rauti (the builder and his wife), who couldn’t be more proud to walk us through our beautiful home. It was our first time seeing everything finished and the wow factor was incredible. John’s service level doesn’t waver after the building process is complete. Any time we have needed his help with anything after we moved in, he has always been there for us. We highly recommend John Rauti and J. Rauti Custom Homes to anyone looking to build their next dream home.

I first dealt with John and Rauti team when I built one of their custom homes in 2011 and had such a great overall experience with John and the process that when I decided to move in 2017, the first person that came to mind was John. I called up John and he was quick to respond with some lots that were available to purchase and some models to walk through. I explained my timing for the move and John created a solution for me that worked out well for the both of us. I really liked my 2011 house, the value for the spend outreaches their competitor’s and this is why I chose them then. Building with them again I see further improvements in theirs designs, features and materials. Building with the Rauti’s is an awesome, streamlined process. Clear communication is given right from the get-go to ensure that your home finishes on time. The vendors that they’ve partnered with between 2011 and 2017 were almost exactly the same and were great to deal with. I think the Rauti’s have partnered with a great group of individuals to supply a great finished product. Visitors to my home(s) are always impressed with the quality of the materials, the finishes, and the layouts. I can only give thanks to the John and the team for building my home.

We are so happy and excited about our new Rauti home!!! When we decided to build, the decision to choose J.Rauti Custom Homes was non negotiable. Our first house was a Rauti model home in an amazing neighbourhood, after 10 years and a growing family we decided to consider moving options.  John helped us with selecting a design which needed only minimal changes to suit our lot and family. One of the best things we were able to do was walk through other homes at various stages in the building process and not just select a house layout from prints.  Working with Joe, Mary, Dave, John and Tracey has made the process stress free and seamless. Although we have still had to take "a leap of faith" and trust our decisions through the process watching the lot transformation into our forever home has been very enjoyable. This team has years of experience and are a real blessing to work with.  The allowances and suppliers on the selection items have been amazing!!!  Top quality materials and standards have allowed us to fully customize our home.
